Searching for the ultimate wedding-planning day out? The Scottish Wedding Show, sponsored by jeweller James Porter & Son, returns to Glasgow's SEC on 19th-20th October 2024.

The UK’s largest wedding show weekend is perfect for couples, mothers and father of the marriers, wedding guests and more. They'll discover the most sought-after and unique suppliers in Scotland, all offering the latest trends, traditions and a wide range of ideas and inspiration that will help you and your partner plan your wedding your way.

This year boasts many features and updates to popular aspects from the previous show, so here are our top picks if you’re paying the show a visit.

The Live Band Showcase

Sponsored by Hireband, the Live Band Showcase stage features 8 of Scotland’s most talented and most loved bands across the two days.

Find the sound that matches your big day with a mix of styles from Natural Born Sinners, The Shakers, The Nicholas McDonald Band and more.

The Famous Catwalk Show

Running three times a day, the largest wedding catwalk in the UK features the top bridal- and occasion-wear in a glamorous London Fashion Week vibe. 

Discover the latest styles from both bridal and grooms' outfits, choose your bridesmaid collection. or find the perfect outfit for the mother-of-the-bride/groom.

Shows are available at 11am, 1pm and 3pm each day and fill up fast. Top tip – VIP ticket holders get exclusive access to the front to rows of each show!

Even if you don’t decide to go VIP you can still unwind at the Prosecco and Cocktail Bar provided by Manorview Hotels, or better yet grab a glass and take a seat at the Live Band Showcase stage to see and hear some of the great musical talent available. If you’d like something a little quieter, you can head to the Bistro to grab some lunch then catch a session at the Let’s Talk Tying the Knot stage or continue your way around the rest of the suppliers.

You may want to rush around and see everything as quickly as you can, but the best advice we can give is to take your time and get as much information for your big day as possible.
