Celebrating the start of a new era, the transformation marks one of Scotland’s most significant and anticipated hotel renovations in recent years.
On arrival at Mar Hall, guests will be greeted with a palm-canopied parlour and a newly reimagined reception space, while the Gallery provides a social hub for guests to gather and there's also a stunning marble-topped champagne bar with a grand piano to enjoy.
In addition, the Dining Room’s innovative new menu will shine a spotlight on the finest local produce, and its new bar Slàinte pays homage to the Scottish Gaelic tradition of toasting to good health.
The revamp – which had esteemed Glasgow-based firm, Graven, behind it to lead the design vision – also includes new additions such as a 24-person private cinema, Gaming Room and Billiards Room.
“We approached Mar Hall’s renovation with a deep respect for the building’s storied past, while reimagining its spaces to meet the expectations of today’s luxury travellers. The transformed Mar Hall blends timeless elegance with a standout contemporary design, allowing guests to experience the hotel’s legacy. and surroundings in new, inspiring ways," says the resort's director Lisa King.

Accommodation will now include 74 luxurious guest rooms with striking botanical wallpaper, soft textures, warm-toned colour palettes and new ensuite bathrooms.
And, there are seven categories of guest rooms and suites for guests to choose from during their stay.
From classic bedrooms curated for a cosy, restful stay to grand suites which feature separate lounges, grand pianos or pool tables. Its spa garden suites offer an added indulgence of private gardens, four-poster beds and locally inspired artwork.
