The Corinthian Club is celebrating its 25th anniversary as one of Glasgow’s premier addresses for dining, drinks and, of course, weddings.
Silver is the material usually associated with the quarter-of-a-century milestone, but it made way for a more lustrous precious stone at a recent styled shoot. “‘Glamorous pearls’ ended up being the theme that tied everything together,” says Tabetha Neville, weddings manager at The Corinthian Club in Glasgow, who was the driving force behind the plans.
“We had the run of the venue on a quiet Sunday morning in May before one of our wedding open days which really allowed us to showcase all its amazing spaces, from the domed ornate ceiling of the Brasserie to the neoclassical Flying Scotsman space,” recalls Tabetha.

“We had Susan from Opus Couture in West Kilbride styling up incredible dresses with dripping pearl jewellery from Laings and pearl Jimmy Choos from Cruise Glasgow,” continues Tabetha. “There were so many ‘Cinderella’ moments! When the images started to filter through, the whole team felt such buzz and achievement.”
