With over 17 years in the wedding and makeup industry, Leigh Blaney is a bridal specialist with a true love for helping brides feel stunning. She is fully trained and insured, with her incredible work bagging her several award nominations, including four winning titles of Makeup Artist of the Year at the Scottish Confetti Awards over the past nine years.

Working closely with wedding magazines, she has had a number of editorial front covers over the years and has been published in Vogue, Elle Bridal and Brides UK. With her finger firmly on the pulse of the wedding industry, Leigh keeps up to date with the latest bridal and makeup trends, ensuring every bride’s vision comes to life in her seat.

Although based in Glasgow, Leigh offers her services nationwide and beyond. Having travelled to the Highlands and Islands and throughout Europe, she is available for weddings both home and away. No matter your wedding’s location, Leigh promises to have you w-day ready!

As an MUA, Leigh’s biggest novelty of her job is seeing the effect makeup has on people and their self-confidence, describing the feeling of seeing the look on her client’s faces when they see themselves as second to none. Her ability to help others feel better through making the smallest of changes and allowing them to truly see their natural beauty is something incredibly important to her. With this in mind, and as a colour correction and coverage specialist, Leigh uses body makeup to hide any skin abrasions or tattoo’s you may want covered for your big day, allowing you to feel amazing in your own skin before you walk down the aisle.
