The Creative Occasion Co are based in Troon, South Ayrshire, offering wedding planning and styling services across the country, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, the Highlands and everywhere in between. They are also happy to travel for destination weddings.

What is a wedding planner?

Well-versed in bringing a wedding together from start to finish, wedding planners help take the stress out of wedding planning, lending their expertise, industry knowledge and supplier connections to create your dream wedding.

What is a wedding stylist?

If you have a vision of how you want your wedding to look but you don’t know how to bring it to life, consider booking a wedding stylist. With a treasure trove of décor and an eye for detail, they can bring your colour scheme, theme and style together no matter where you choose to get married.

What decor is included in The Creative Occasion Co’s styling?

The decor selection on offer at The Creative Occasion Co includes:

• Bespoke on-the-day stationery & signage including welcome signs, table plans, menus, table numbers and place name settings

• Welcome & entrance feature styling

• Ceremony styling

• Table plan & order of the day styling

• Wedding breakfast styling for top table & guest tables including napkins, runners, charger plates, candles, candlestick holders, vases etc

• Other styling including gift table, in loving memory table & cake/dessert table

The Creative Occasion Co are continuously expanding their styling inventory, often buying specific items to achieve the vision for each bespoke wedding.

There are some items that must be sourced separately, including flowers/foliage, cutlery, crockery, tablecloths, glassware, tables and chairs.

How much does it cost?

Pricing for wedding planning and/or styling with The Creative Occasion Co is dependent on the package couples select. Prices vary dependent on size, complexity of the wedding and travel requirements.

Venue design & styling – Minimum investment £2595, and weddings under 35 guests £1495

Signature planning, design & styling – Minimum investment £5995

Bespoke wedding planning – Minimum investment £4595

Intimate wedding planning & elopements – Minimum investment for weddings under 35 guests £2795, and weddings under five guests £1495

Wedding day management – Minimum investment £1195

Inspiration session – £295. Any packages booked following the session will have £150 deducted from the service price

All planning and styling packages require a 30% deposit, 30% of the balance six months prior to the wedding date, and the remaining balance one month prior to the wedding date. Inspiration sessions require payment in full prior to the consultation.
