Built in 1732 by Scottish architect William Adam, the Lanarkshire building was used as a hunting lodge for the Dukes and Duchess’ of Hamilton. With the surrounding ‘Parterre’ gardens maintaining their original design, including their stunning collection of plants, the grounds and their fragrant beauty are enjoyed to this day as a backdrop to hundreds of Chatelherault weddings.
Your fairytale wedding ceremony awaits you in the Banqueting Room, hosting a maximum of 60 seated guests, with your wedding party standing as additional. The space is graced with ornate plasterwork, high ceilings and tall, romantic Venetian windows leading to the gardens.
